We seek charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team.

Please note: This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant on client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

To be considered, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional grammar and telephone manner.
