Qualifications

Regional Field Marketing Manager - SEMEA

Zuora is looking for a well-rounded, autonomous hard worker who loves to build relationships and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

In this role, you will report to the EMEA Field Marketing Director and work in close partnership with the extended Marketing team, as well as the Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success teams in France and Italy. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing a range of integrated marketing programs aimed at generating and accelerating pipeline. Aligned with local sales leadership, you will support a team of seven sales representatives to drive pipeline growth and bookings across the region.

Based in Paris, this position is ideal for a confident, hands-on marketer eager to take a leading role in building Zuora’s brand presence and driving strategic engagement with key accounts. You’ll work across the entire customer lifecycle, delivering campaigns across multiple channels—including account-based marketing, PR, digital (inbound and outbound), demand generation, events, and content creation—to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

As a key member of the growing European Marketing Team, your responsibilities include:

  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, focusing on innovative approaches to engage target accounts across the region. This includes managing the full campaign lifecycle: budgeting, planning, execution, third-party and corporate events, as well as continuous analysis and optimization to maximize impact.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Cross-functional Teams in France and Italy to foster strong partnerships that drive regional growth. Align marketing efforts closely with local sales objectives and regional priorities to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.

  • Localize and Adapt Global Campaigns to the specific needs of the region, ensuring that messaging, content, and strategies resonate with local audiences. Work alongside corporate and EMEA marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

  • Analyze and Report on Pipeline Performance by tracking key metrics and collaborating with sales teams to evaluate the success of marketing programs. Use insights to continuously optimize strategies and drive more informed, data-driven marketing decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Demonstrated success in supporting the field (sales, CSM, business development) teams as well as partner ecosystem in a fast pace environment

  • Experienced in event management, both physical and virtual, from planning to execution

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing programs directed at key enterprise accounts

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills: lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule

  • Experience managing projects to a fixed budget and proven ROI with third-party vendors and contractors

  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and operational excellence

Important skills:

  • 5 years+ experience across various marketing functions such as event management, demand generation, ABM campaign design/execution.
  • French Speaker; English fluent (min. C1 Level) - Italian is a plus
  • Solid understanding of online and Account-Based Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills (knowledge of Salesforce & PowerBi is a plus)
  • Comfortable with change and ability to adapt, enthusiasm for challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong project management skills and takes pride in the successful completion of an end-to-end campaign
  • Experience in marketing B2B software solutions and knowledge of French & Italian market is a plus
