As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs, collaborate on quarterly plans, provide reports, and support boutique operations.
  • Team management and people development: Support team performance, conduct meetings, facilitate training, and foster a positive environment.
  • Clienteling and customer experience: Drive proactive outreach, styling, and client retention strategies, leveraging CRM tools and partnerships.
  • Boutique operations and administration: Ensure compliance with policies, monitor visual merchandising, maintain store standards, and oversee administrative tasks.
