Could you be the full-time Advanced Creative Design Leader in Saint Ouen we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive design leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, forward-thinking, and dedicated teammates.

You'll lead the design strategy to ensure aesthetic deliverables meet customer specifications and our product strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Design, R&D, Project Management), harmonize technical and aesthetic aspects, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of guiding the design committee, managing mock-up presentations, and leading design teams during tender and project execution phases, but also contribute to our design guidelines and innovation programs.

We’ll look to you for:

• Integrating A&CD process and milestones into project schedules
• Ensuring design solutions comply with technical, contractual, and legal requirements
• Managing and leading the A&CD operational team and design subcontracting
• Advocating for Alstom’s brand design within the Site/Region
• Developing and sharing excellence in Interior and Exterior Design, Color & Material
• Supporting the Design Studio Manager in delivering Advanced Creative Design objectives

• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
