• At least 5 years of professional experience with special machinery in a Pharma company: assembly of mechanical components and commissioning of pharma or similar machinery
• Ability to work with and interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs
• Fluent in French and basic knowledge of English or German

Key responsibilities - What we expect from you

• Provide on-site production support for pharmaceutical equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform customer training on the equipment
• Analyze customer production to optimize efficiency and propose solutions for increased productivity
• Conduct move-in, installation, and commissioning of aseptic filling and packaging machinery in cleanroom environments
• Perform machinery modifications for repairs or upgrades based on engineering advancements
• Determine maintenance schedules, spare parts replacements, and calibration schedules
• Collaborate with colleagues in Germany for troubleshooting and problem-solving, spending approximately 90% of your time on-site with clients
