We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with automotive insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our digital platform allows customers to request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee digital customer support processes.
  2. Assist customers in real-time via digital channels.
  3. Collaborate with partners to optimize service delivery.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
Additional Information:
  • Part-time role, 30 hours per week.
  • Shift-based schedule, including occasional night and weekend shifts.
