Job Description:

FRANCE LAB, a subsidiary of Groupe Marie Claire, creates and develops beauty brands and products (skincare, makeup, perfume, haircare, home fragrances, etc.) on a full-service basis for French and international clients. As beauty experts, we support our clients throughout the process, including strategy, design, development, manufacturing, and distribution. Our teams in Marketing, Design, R&D, Development, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Regulatory work together to create distinctive, high-quality products aligned with our clients' brand DNA and market trends.

Stage Assistant Chef de projets Marketing & Innovation (H/F)

Reporting to the Marketing department, you will work on the development of beauty lines in skincare, makeup, haircare, perfumes, and derivatives. Your responsibilities include:

1. Participating in strategic and conceptual development (brand platform, launch plan proposals, product range, competitor analysis, positioning mapping, price positioning studies, concept writing, name research, marketing texts, mood boards).
2. Assisting in the creation of launch tools (leaflets, product sheets, marketing books, point-of-sale displays).
3. Contributing to brief development for formulas and packaging, ensuring alignment with brand platform and validated product concepts.
4. Coordinating and monitoring brand and product development projects with all stakeholders (project managers, packaging suppliers, laboratories, creative studios, regulatory teams).

Requirements include:

• Enrolled in a higher education school or university program in Marketing/Communication.
• Good knowledge of the cosmetics sector and market trends.
• Analytical mindset with creative sensitivity.
• Organized, autonomous, dynamic, and committed.
• Fluent in English.
• Ideally, previous internship experience in marketing or the cosmetics and perfume sector.

Duration: Minimum 6 months, starting July 2025. The internship is formalized with legal compensation and includes transportation and meal vouchers.
