Brief intro to the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee the satisfaction and success of agents using our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of the football industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
The Account Manager will ensure optimal platform usage, drive value for clients, and support their long-term success, upselling, and renewal efforts. This role focuses on working with football agencies in France, a key market for TransferRoom.
