Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions

We seek a Consumer Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Services team. The role involves developing and deploying digital services to enhance consumer experiences on our website and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-design consumer-centric digital solutions across web, mobile, and communication tools.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for digital service improvements targeting acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead the international rollout of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with local needs.
  • Coordinate workshops to identify business needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales to define digital strategies.
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Facilitate training workshops and webinars for local teams.
  • Monitor market trends to propose innovative solutions in e-commerce and digital engagement.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro/Klaxoon.
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM and mobile/web development is a plus.
