Description of the position:

Within the Social Affairs Department of the Group, which is part of the Human Resources Directorate, your missions (non-exhaustive) include:

  • Providing legal expertise to the team and local HR departments on all matters related to International Social Law.
  • Challenging the application of local and international regulations and their evolution, ensuring the overall coherence of local practices within Group policies.
  • Participating in social audits to assess compliance of local practices with Group policies, local regulations, and international standards. Coordinating external advisors and following up on action plans.
  • Contributing to due diligence and integration phases of acquisitions concerning Labor aspects.
  • Analyzing available data on Social Law, proposing improvement actions, producing necessary data, and contributing to reporting within your domain.
  • Monitoring trends and evolutions to anticipate changes and adapt Group practices, including legal watch activities.
  • Maintaining external networks to stay informed of trends and future needs.
Qualifications:

Educational background: Bac+5 in social law with a minimum of 10 years of experience in international Labor law, applied within an international company or group.
