Location: Nationwide, France (home based)

We invite charismatic and motivated consultants to join our team. Please note this is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work through us, with larger projects attracting higher rates.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant on client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral.

To qualify, you should have:

1. Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
2. The ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
5. Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
