Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will leverage the expertise of our internal teams for this purpose.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients without this resource gain access.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, delivering prompt and tailored responses.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent limited contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations proactively.

Requirements

  • At least significant first experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT/Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
