Within the Capital Markets Principal department of the Operations division, the Trade Capture service (Modeling of transactions) handles recording transactions in information systems, delegated by the Front Office. It works closely with the Front Office and all support functions (Middle Office, Back Office, Risk Management, Finance, Market Activity Indicators, Information Systems, etc.).

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Modeling vanilla or complex (exotic) transactions and negotiated events in the information system, delegated by the Front Office
• Quality and completeness control of entered information
• Analyzing and correcting discrepancies reported by Middle Office Control and other stakeholders
• Coordinating between the Front Office and support functions for information requests and problem resolution

You will also participate in cross-functional projects and tasks:

• Monitoring cross-team issues (systems, financial, accounting, etc.)
• Participating in projects to secure and improve the control system
• Participating in automation and process convergence projects
• Analyzing impacts related to the development of new activities
• Producing risk indicators (KRI) and performance indicators (KPI) for the team’s activities

Internship duration: 6 months.

Profile required

• You are a student at Bac+4 level in Business School, Engineering School, or University with a specialization in Finance or Market Finance
• You master MS Office and VBA. Knowledge of Python is a strong advantage
• You are highly rigorous and motivated!
