We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is a vital part of the support infrastructure that services our entire ecosystem, contributing to the overall health and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure effective execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Motivated by challenges, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
