Job Description:

Maintain full independence with the status of a commercial agent. You define the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and handle photo/video reporting. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & inventory, deposit refunds, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-up, boiler contracts, insurance). LODGIS supports you daily in your activities and portfolio development, helping you find properties and manage your rental management business, especially in furnished rentals.
