You’re fluent in Meta Ads and Google Ads, and believe success comes from constant testing, learning, and adapting. You’re strategic, translating data into performance, leveraging audience insights, KPIs, and creative to craft high-performing, cross-platform campaigns. You analyze backend dashboards, tweak copy, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI, staying ahead of algorithm changes by testing new formats and features.
CREATE : You combine creative instincts with analytical skills to develop effective paid media campaigns. Whether crafting engaging Meta ad copy or structuring Google Ads campaigns, you focus on building revenue-driving machines grounded in strategy and executed precisely. You adhere to timelines, respect budgets, and excel in fast-paced multi-account environments.
OWN : You take full ownership of your KPIs, including revenue targets, spend pacing, and ROAS. You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and stakeholders, forecast performance accurately, and adapt strategies based on data.
