The Role

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like :

  • Launching, scaling, and optimising campaigns across both Meta and Google with clear ROI focus.
  • Iterating on copy, creative direction, and targeting based on test data and platform signals.
  • Managing and reporting performance across ad accounts, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Proactively troubleshooting account issues across Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with creative, strategy, and data teams to inform and refine media strategy.

You’re fluent in Meta Ads and Google Ads, and believe success comes from constant testing, learning, and adapting. You’re strategic, translating data into performance, leveraging audience insights, KPIs, and creative to craft high-performing, cross-platform campaigns. You analyze backend dashboards, tweak copy, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI, staying ahead of algorithm changes by testing new formats and features.

CREATE : You combine creative instincts with analytical skills to develop effective paid media campaigns. Whether crafting engaging Meta ad copy or structuring Google Ads campaigns, you focus on building revenue-driving machines grounded in strategy and executed precisely. You adhere to timelines, respect budgets, and excel in fast-paced multi-account environments.

OWN : You take full ownership of your KPIs, including revenue targets, spend pacing, and ROAS. You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and stakeholders, forecast performance accurately, and adapt strategies based on data. You are responsible not just for outcomes but for improving processes, leading accounts, ideas, and team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts on Meta and Google Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and optimization on both platforms.
  • Strong understanding of metrics and media math (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER).
  • Experience with data platforms like GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio for analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting and data analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills and leadership in overcoming execution obstacles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest or background in finance, investing, trading, or fintech.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Basecamp.
  • Experience managing creative direction or collaborating with creative teams on performance assets.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
