A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Recruitment to operate under their brand. This role offers the opportunity for experienced recruiters to work with modern infrastructure and enjoy greater control over their recruitment processes, free from overhead and arbitrary targets.

1. Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
2. Utilize infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, which are all handled for you.
3. Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
4. Be part of a network of like-minded recruitment partners.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven recruiters with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
