The mission is to democratize access to elite-level sports science for individuals and organizations worldwide.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving growth while managing and inspiring the talented sales team. You will focus on building strategic partnerships, fostering key relationships, and aligning business development strategies with the companies mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development Strategy:

  • Own and execute global business development and sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue high-value strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders across target markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop visibility-boosting campaigns and co-branded initiatives

· Sales Enablement and Operations:

  • Prepare high-impact business materials including RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Track, report, and analyze key sales and growth metrics.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and sales planning to meet aggressive growth targets.

· Negotiation and Budget Management:

  • Negotiate partnership and client contracts that ensure long-term value.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ROI for business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 5–10 years in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within a startup environment or a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Language Proficiency: Must possess full professional fluency in both English and French
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Strategic Leadership: Strong track record of leading teams and aligning commercial strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in the sports retail sector or with running-related products and services is highly advantageous.
