Job Description: Data Center Account Manager (France)

Our Data Center (DC) business, including Multi Tenant DC, Hyperscale, AI DC, Cloud, Central Office, and Enterprise DC, supports the explosive growth driven by cloud computing and Generative AI.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Account Manager to drive our expansion in the French market. Based in the Paris area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Data Center infrastructure.

How You'll Make the Difference:
  • Forge enduring client relationships and uncover new business opportunities within the Data Center ecosystem.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions, growing a network of dedicated partners.
  • Drive revenue, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals efficiently.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, becoming a trusted expert in the field.

As a trusted advisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in the Data Center ecosystem.
  • Proactively seeking and developing new growth avenues.
  • Analyzing client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Expanding and developing a network of System Integrators and Installers.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting demand, and closing deals.
  • Developing strategic account and project plans to ensure success.
  • Staying abreast of Data Center trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and maintaining relationships within the Data Center market, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive, results-driven 'hunter' mentality focused on direct engagement with end-users.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic ownership of the commercial strategy for key Data Center accounts in France.
  • Deep industry knowledge of Data Center demand drivers, buying cycles, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and build trust at all stakeholder levels.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
