Overview and purpose of role: As a Boutique Host at Christian Louboutin, you play a key role in embodying our brand DNA and story to enhance our brand image while transforming customer expectations into sales and loyalty. You are the voice and ambassador of Christian Louboutin, representing our products, values, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Delivery: Welcome customers, manage waiting times, serve drinks, maintain cleanliness, support sales during quiet periods, and participate in training.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of products and brand culture to provide exceptional service and build sales. Be an expert in product details, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
  3. Relationship Building & CRM: Build and maintain quality relationships with clients.
  4. Team Work: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Be comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including standing for long periods and manual handling.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury retail or service environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong client-telling skills and management of client communication respecting social media guidelines.
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Brand awareness, adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Smart personal appearance and willingness to adapt to business needs.

Success Measurement: Regular mystery shopper assessments, performance reviews, and adherence to company values and procedures.
