The Operations Community’s core responsibilities are to deliver our insurance and health services at scale: we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 countries (France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and exciting!
Joining Operations at Alan means being part of 50+ talented, committed, and passionate Ops team members across countries, with many interactions with Engineering, Product, Care, and other teams.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing processes, and Operations Coordinators who execute and improve these daily.
We seek team members capable of delivering excellence and ready to disrupt traditional views on insurance or healthcare services.
For this role, you need to be based in France, Belgium, or Spain.
The Operations Coordinator works on specific services (e.g., claims, fraud, clinics). Core responsibilities (~70-80%) include:
