As the Executive Assistant to our founder and leadership team, you'll be the organisational backbone of our subsidiaries operations — juggling creation, launches, schedules, keeping us on track, and making sure the details don’t just get handled—they shine.

? What You'll Do:

  • Assist articulating the subsidiaries creation and launch
  • Manage complex international calendars, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Act as a key liaison between the executive team and partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Support day-to-day operations and special projects (logistics, events, VIP client support)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications with flair and polish
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and bring positive energy into the mix daily

? Who You Are:

  • A dynamic, motivated professional with 1–3 years of EA, operations, or administrative experience
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
  • Comfortable managing up and communicating clearly at all levels
  • Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and always one step ahead
  • Bonus points for fluency in English, French, Italian, or other wine-producing region languages
