We're a fast-growing, globally minded start-up redefining how rare bottles are exported and distributed worldwide. We are building the future of the fine wine supply chain and access, focusing on how rare and exceptional wines move across the globe, reach customers, and tell their stories.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and optimize the global logistics and supply chain for high-value fine wine shipments
- Oversee day-to-day logistics, shipping, and fulfillment operations
- Manage end-to-end operations: from producer pickups to international delivery and last-mile experiences
- Build and nurture relationships with shipping partners, bonded warehouses, customs agents, and suppliers worldwide
- Implement tools and systems for inventory control, temperature-sensitive handling, and real-time tracking
- Collaborate with sales, sourcing, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth delivery and satisfied clients
- Drive efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization without compromising on quality
- Optimize our supply chain, from inventory management to last-mile delivery
- Manage relationships with suppliers, couriers, warehouses, and customs partners
- Implement smart processes, systems, and tools to scale efficiently
- Analyze logistics data to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance reliability
- Build and lead a high-performing logistics team as we grow
Who You Are:
- An energetic leader with 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, ideally in international shipping, fine goods, or luxury logistics
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership
- Fluent in customs, shipping documents, incoterms, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and willing to hustle
- A strong communicator capable of managing internal teams and external partners
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with logistics software, spreadsheets, data tools, and building processes from scratch
- Organized, proactive, and obsessed with continuous improvement
- Bonus: Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environment in the fine wine industry
