Position context: Within the Services activity in the Île-de-France region, we support over 40 major clients and public institutions across various sectors in transforming their information systems, through the provision of human and technical resources. You will join a large industrial group to support local user activities related to their work environment. Your primary responsibilities include incident resolution, hardware/software installation requests, relocations, and modifications, with a vehicle provided. As a key contact for the Delivery Manager and the client, you will plan tasks and ensure the service runs smoothly.
Technical environment: Windows and Linux OS, Workstation, Printing System, Network (Wi-Fi), Optical.
