Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Job Description:

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and more.
2. Contributing to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
3. Demonstrating excellent project management and execution skills.
4. Exhibiting strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Maintaining exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Engaging effectively at all levels of the organization, from site teams to senior leadership.
