Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée dans un rôle similaire à l'international, idéalement dans les secteurs OTC ou Pharma.
  • Compétences analytiques solides et capacité à simplifier des données complexes.

CDG Conseil, an executive search, assessment, and coaching firm in the life science industry, is hiring on behalf of its client, the EMEA / LATAM headquarter of an international group.

This firm dedicated for selling and distribution of pharmaceutical / dermo-cosmetics products across various therapeutic areas is looking for a :

Regional Business Coordinator F / M

Position based in Paris

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Regional Business Coordinator serves as a key interface between the EMEA distributor business and the marketing and commercial teams.

Under the supervision of the Regional Business Manager (RBM), this role involves direct management of selected distribution partners to drive growth, maximize contributions across the portfolio, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain internal dashboards (pricing, customer data, sell-out, stock) and report KPIs to the Commercial team.
  2. Collect and manage forecasts from distributors, ensuring accurate visibility for the RBM.
  3. Oversee debt collection processes, coordinate with the Credit Control team, and maintain healthy cash flow through KPI monitoring and improvement.
  4. Conduct in-market pricing analysis, including competitor benchmarking, to support strategic pricing improvements.
  5. Ensure contract accuracy by monitoring databases, flagging issues, and collaborating with Commercial Managers to resolve discrepancies.
  6. Organize sample plans and shipments, ensuring optimal financial and supply forecasts.
  7. Align processes for documentation such as pricelists and distributor materials.
  8. Support route-to-market analyses, including regulatory burden estimates in key markets.
  9. Provide administrative support to distributors, including credit note management, complaint handling, and distribution of POS materials.
  10. Prepare ad hoc presentations and analyses for management.
  11. Assist the Marketing Product Manager in providing distributors with up-to-date marketing materials and access to resources.
  12. Support market intelligence collection through desk research and data consolidation.
  13. Plan and oversee logistics for events such as congresses, conferences, and team meetings.
  14. Achieve sales and profit targets for assigned distributors, contributing to overall EMEA performance.
  15. Foster strong relationships with distributors to optimize portfolio management, market launches, and ongoing effectiveness.
  16. Explore strategic growth opportunities, including e-commerce and new product/business development.
  17. Maintain clear, cross-functional communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in International Trade, Sales, or a related business discipline.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role in an international scope (customer services, client & sales coordinator...) ideally in OTC, Pharma or Medical Device industries.
  3. Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is an advantage.
  4. Demonstrated success in commercial environments, particularly in managing distributor and licensee partnerships.
  5. Results-oriented with strong analytical and business planning skills.
  6. Ability to simplify complex data and take a fact-driven approach.
  7. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  8. Culturally aware with an appreciation for international business practices.
  9. Fluent in English, French and Spanish in priority (Portuguese is a plus).
  10. Positive, innovative, and growth-driven mindset.
  11. High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Fixed salary + bonus

Work from home 2 days/week (+ 3 days once a month)
