Job Description

Service Delivery Leaders focus on managing the customer lifecycle with an account-centric approach, serving as the Voice of the Customer. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ownership and management of relationships with Palo Alto Networks’ largest customers.
  2. Partnering with Post-Sales teams such as Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.
  3. Coordinating customer delivery across various teams, including engineering and professional services.
  4. Specializing in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in areas such as:
  • Client-focused program management
  • Customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Clarizen, Jira)

Additional Requirements: Fluent French speaking skills are required.
