Job Description

Main Objectives :

• Lead projects management of Compliance department in particular the project related to third parties’ assessment in a cross functional way
• Prepare, implement and manage key compliance department policies and processes

Major areas of accountability of this position :

• To design, document and maintain appropriate standard operating processes for the compliance team
• To manage compliance-initiated projects in particular the third parties‘ assessment one and any other related internal project
• To support on daily basis Business Units’ requests
• To train and educate Business Units on Legal and Compliance processes, and keep related KPIs up to date as and when required.
• To develop and monitor key function metrics and ensure best planning for resources.
• To help manage vendors & law firms; budget, monitoring of spend, RFPs; law firm performance evaluation.
• To work with the Legal team on IT tools and efficient use of Artificial intelligence, software tools to increase efficiency, lower costs and minimise risk in partnership with IT teams

Internal and External relationships :

• Internal : businesses of Europcar Mobility Group and in particular with the DPO / GDPR champions network and the compliance network
• External : services providers and consulting firm

Type of contract : fixed-term contract

Starting Date : July 1st, 2024

End date : June 30th, 2025

Qualifications

Previous Experience :

• Experience in complex project management in a global environment required (in particular demonstrated experience in workflow management)
• Experience of developing legal operations in a truly global company required.
• Experience of working as an in-house or compliance officer required (minimum of 5 years)
• Knowledge of legal operations tools and best practices preferred
• Ability to work in an agile environment

Languages : English fluently (working language)

Computer Skills and Software used : Google's Office Suite

Personal Characteristics : Systematic, organised, collaborative, with a proactive way of working, Enthusiastic team worker
