Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Role Overview

Our client, a world leader in their field, is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative Site Security Specialist to ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, mitigate risks, and protect people, assets, and operations across European sites. The role involves fostering a culture of security excellence and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and oversee the Site Security Program across designated sites in line with global standards.
2. Evaluate and report on security measures, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Support the Site Security Program Lead in strategy enhancement and project delivery.
4. Collaborate with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
5. Promote security awareness and engagement throughout the organization.
6. Ensure communication and alignment with stakeholders.
7. Support security governance initiatives, including Communities of Practice, process improvements, and tool optimization.
8. Maintain and improve the global site security assessment database.
9. Develop and implement training programs for security professionals and key site functions.
10. Participate in site assessments and collaborate with local law enforcement as needed.
11. Engage in regional security initiatives and global networks.
12. Provide on-site support during critical incidents and events in Europe.

1. Proven experience in corporate or site security roles.
2. Strong knowledge of physical security, access control, risk assessment, and response protocols.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
7. Experience in cross-cultural and matrix environments.

9. Interest in security technology and trends (e.g., AI applications).
