We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Management & Communications Apprentice to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior talent to gain experience supporting key projects across various global teams. The role will focus on project coordination, communication, and process improvement, offering a broad scope of activities and the chance to work with diverse teams.
Job responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating projects among global entities, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Documentation Assistance: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including process maps, training materials, and user guides.
- Communication Support: Assist in communicating project updates and changes to stakeholders across the organization, including newsletters, presentations, and resource hub updates.
- Branding Tools Assistance: Help in the creation and dissemination of tools to enhance Louis Vuitton's image.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization.
- Agile Support: Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to different activities as needed.
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or project experience is required. We are looking for someone eager to learn and contribute.
