What you will do:

As Head of Architecture, you will define long-term architectural standards and align cross-functionally to enhance our technical vision. You will report to the Platform Engineering Director and collaborate with DevOps, Quality, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and CTO teams.

1. Lead, Mentor, and Develop the Architecture Team: Inspire and guide architects to maintain technical coherence, security, and collaboration. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
2. Define & Implement Technical Strategy: Develop and execute scalable strategies across software, cloud, and data architectures, focusing on performance and reliability.
3. Support Data Architecture Initiatives: Collaborate with data teams to support data lake and warehouse solutions, ensuring governance and analytics capabilities.
4. Champion Enterprise Architecture Practices: Ensure alignment with enterprise principles for scalability, security, and data integrity.
5. Collaborate Transversally Across Teams: Work with Product, Data Science, DevOps, and Engineering to align solutions with business goals.
6. Foster a Culture of Innovation & Quality: Promote collaboration, growth, and continuous learning within the team.
7. Animate transversal teams: Facilitate initiatives and communities across departments.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software, cloud, or data architecture, including hands-on enterprise design and implementation.
• Proven leadership with 5+ years managing technical teams, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), enterprise frameworks, and distributed systems.
• Skilled in data architecture, integration, and scalable data solutions.
• Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and managing multi-team projects.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic, proactive problem-solver balancing immediate and long-term goals.
