Responsable de projets marketing CRM F/H, Île-de-France

Vos missions

1. Gestion, pilotage et réalisation des projets liés au domaine du Marketing Digital (Marketing Automation / CDP / CRM / API) : aide au choix, intégration, migrations, évolutions.
2. Support Technique et fonctionnel (gestion des tickets, résolution des incidents, évolution du modèle de données).
3. Rôle stratégique dans le respect du budget et du planning, animation d’ateliers techniques et fonctionnels, rédaction de spécifications, etc.

Profil recherché

• Diplômé(e) d’une École d’Ingénieur ou de commerce (ou d’un Master Universitaire Bac+5).
• Justifiant d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du Marketing Digital, notamment Marketing Automation.
• Solides connaissances de l’une des solutions suivantes : Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Selligent, ou une ou plusieurs CDP.
• Profil technique.
• Fluent in English.
