The opportunity :

We have several exciting freelance opportunities for workplace safety and operations risk management experts who can coach and influence technical experts in various safety and operations risk management areas. You will work as part of a DSS+ team on a freelance basis, expected to deliver training and support on safety solutions design and implementation.

About You :

Our community of Independent Contractors are subject matter experts with experience in our core industries.

As an Independent Contractor, you will have a proven track record in auditing, designing, and implementing workplace safety cultural change through coaching and mentoring stakeholders. This includes expertise in HSE / workplace safety and operations risk management.

You will have experience in the following :

• Coaching team leaders and managers to effect cultural and behavioral change
• Working as a safety coach in heavy industry / steel manufacturing
• Being fluent in French and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages professionally

As a freelance or interim professional, you will seek opportunities to work with DSS+ on various projects as part of your portfolio of clients.
