Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience en restauration, de préférence dans un cadre luxueux.
• Capacité à former et développer les membres de l'équipe.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.

Job Responsibilities

1. Help increase customer loyalty through quality of service
2. Convey an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and dining rooms
3. Recommend and promote the F&B and bar offers. Be familiar with the hotel's services and latest offers
4. Control and analyze, on an ongoing basis, to optimize quality levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, operating costs, sanitation, and cleanliness (HACCP/FSMS)
5. Coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation, and service of beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times
6. Ensure promotional materials are clean, well-presented, and ready before operation
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and pantry, ensuring good condition during all seasons
8. Ensure cushions, seat covers, table games, movie screens, and projectors are in good condition and well presented
9. Keep storerooms clean, tidy, and organized; manage lighting and music background appropriately
10. Implement proper par stock and FIFO policies for beverages and tobacco products
11. Follow a daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for the bar/restaurants to attain maximum quality and efficiency

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a luxury setting or standalone restaurant
2. Strong oral and written communication skills
3. Ability to train and develop team members
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative
5. Excellent organizational skills
