Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le déploiement de logiciels d'entreprise.
  • Expérience en support d'application ou maintenance (TMA).
  • Fluent en anglais, capable de travailler dans un environnement international.

Application Support Consultant

What You Will Do

  • Provide top-level support for our clients by identifying, analyzing, and resolving both technical and user-related issues.
  • Detect the source of issues, which are rarely identical — each case is unique and requires a sharp, analytical mindset to troubleshoot effectively and provide long-term solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for complex or critical issues.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with one or two key clients, delivering specific, high-value consultancy tailored to their operations.
  • Work closely with internal experts across departments to deliver effective, timely solutions.
  • Understand customer business processes quickly to diagnose root causes and suggest improvements.
  • Get involved in functional enhancements: create new screens, reports, or custom configurations that elevate the user experience.
  • Help ensure the operational continuity of our SaaS environments in line with agreed service levels.

Who You Are

  • You have a higher education degree in IT, logistics, or engineering.
  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining enterprise software, ideally in Supply Chain or related domains.
  • You thrive on solving problems that require logic, curiosity, and attention to detail. Analytical thinking is second nature to you.
  • Hands-on experience with an APS (Advanced Planning System) is a big plus.
  • You have worked in application support or maintenance (TMA) and enjoy engaging directly with clients.
  • You are fluent in English, and comfortable working in an international environment across Europe and Asia.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and enjoy solving complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
