Migration and Roll Out Activities
- Migration: Participate in deployment and roll-out activities of Oracle. Engage in pre-study phases to understand differences from the group standard model and contribute to gap analysis. Propose Oracle technical evolutions and change management actions for successful deployment, follow up on change requests, support Oracle PPM deployment migration activities (UAT, training documentation), manage adaptation of Oracle core model for new business integration, interface with Oracle teams, and provide structured ideas for improvements.
- Roll Out: Support Oracle technical evolution by participating in updates compliant with management and group finance rules, identify defects, propose change requests, test new parameters, and participate in change management. Contribute to projects related to tool deployment, organizational rationalization, and changes. Maintain a full understanding of the core model to translate IT requirements into Oracle solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Lead awareness initiatives on latest developments, animate key user communities via webinars and newsletters at regional and site levels, prepare step-by-step instructions and documentation, and update learning and chatbot tools to ensure consistency.
- Reporting: Develop reports as per requests, deliver regular and accurate reports (weekly, action follow-up), oversee initiatives to improve financial performance and reporting, and manage master data for the Finance function with IT support.
Education & Professional Experience
Graduate of a business or engineering school or equivalent in finance, with 6-7 years of experience in international environments. Proven experience in project control within long-term projects in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors, with strong project accounting and financial analysis skills.
Skills & Behavioral Traits
- Advanced Excel skills, experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in BI tools or EPM systems is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral).
