This role involves conducting evaluations and training to ensure clients meet high standards in food safety and hygiene. You will collaborate with account management teams, perform audits, and provide accurate reports. Job Description:

EcoSure - a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally. We are seeking part-time contractor / freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditors based in Luxembourg.

Our specialists are trusted safety experts in the food service and hospitality industry. We provide customized on-site evaluations and training to help clients maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection, ensuring they meet quality standards through evaluations and training programs.

What you will do:

1. Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations.
2. Consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
3. Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client challenges.
4. Perform a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Access and utilize industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information.
6. Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication with customers.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Completed bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
2. Preferred food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials.
3. Experience in retail food safety and reviewing brand standards.
4. Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field.
5. Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
6. Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively.
8. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
2. Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality, or relevant industry experience.
4. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Valid driver's license.
6. No immigration sponsorship available.
