Senior Developer Fullstack

Our customer is a company specialized in Data Analytics and Donor Database Management. They provide their customers with solutions to manage its databases (donors, alumni, major donors, etc.), manage its operations, analyse its results, monitor its collection and anticipate all offline and online relationships and transactions of its contacts.

Job Summary

• Privileged interlocutor of key accounts in their daily operations and development projects
• Ensuring continuity of services without interruption of service

Responsibilities & Duties

The candidate must have a master's degree from a reputed university.

• Lead COPIL assigned Key Account customers
• Track, prioritize, process, or assign customer requests
• Quantify all new development or evolution requests for quotes

Project Mode

• Organize recipes on deliverables
• Writing of documentation for developers and regular updating of customer documents
• Drafting of technical specifications for all subjects related to Operations and more particularly on: Accounting interface, GDPR, Reporting, Operating chain

Migration: Participate in migrations on Exploitation topics

• Migration: Recipes for stream imports before production and automation
• Ensure that the operating schedule is kept properly and report any delay.
• Ensure the regular transmission of all in-house developments and documentation

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to communicate with the various interlocutors, internal (QD) and external (Customers, consultants, partners, etc.), and to work in a team

• Good command of operating system, SQL
• Good command of office automation tools, CRM in general
