Job Title: Sales Specialist (m / f / d)

As a Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will demonstrate our broad range of products and coordinate sales efforts. Our customers vary across sectors, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Tasks:
  1. Manage pipeline opportunities for your region and support team members
  2. Lead sales processes within your region
  3. Manage customer relationships as an Account Manager
  4. Develop business actively within your region
  5. Maintain organization and scheduling (Sunset date)
  6. Conduct business reviews
  7. Engage in self-education and training
  8. Conduct customer training in the field and remotely
  9. Coordinate promotional activities in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  10. Proactively develop national Key Accounts within your region
Collaboration with:
  • Sales Manager and Key Account Manager
  • Coordinate promotional activities
  • Train in-house TNM Specialists Level 1 and 2
  • Represent the company in the absence of the Sales Manager
Requirements:
  • University degree (Scientific Bac4 / 5, Engineering School, Master 1 or 2, preferably in Physical Measurements)
  • Several years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sector, especially in the nuclear market
  • Experience with NDT techniques (e.g., ET / UT / PAUT certificates)
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in complex technology
  • Passion for sales and closing deals
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent self-organization and motivation
  • Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and team player
