We are hiring for two distinct positions—a Delivery Manager and a Service Delivery Director—both requiring strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on eCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud based projects.

Delivery Manager Position Overview :

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead a team of IT Support Specialists in an international eCommerce environment.

Experience : Strong background in IT support, excellent leadership skills, experience managing teams in a global context.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead and manage IT Support Specialists, ensuring high-quality support services.
  2. Develop strategies to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate with international teams for seamless integration and support.
  4. Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to align support services with business objectives.
  6. Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  7. Stay updated with trends and technologies in eCommerce and IT support.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in IT support with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Service Delivery Director Position Overview :

Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Director with a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Experience : Over 10 years of experience, leading programs with more than 40 team members on multi-year engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Oversee the delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects, ensuring they meet expectations.
  2. Lead and manage large-scale programs with geographically distributed teams.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project delivery.
  4. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and client requirements.
  5. Monitor project performance and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements :

  • Over 10 years of experience in service delivery management, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
