About the Role:

Are you passionate about sourcing the best ingredients, beverages, and kitchen equipment to deliver exceptional guest experiences?
We are looking for a Purchasing Officer (Food, Beverage & Kitchen Equipment)to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for securing high-quality products at the best value while building strong supplier relationships and supporting our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and purchase food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

· Coordinate closely with our Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and culinary teams.

· Ensure all goods meet quality and safety standards.

· Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases.

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment essentials.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

· Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems (Oracle, BirchStreet, Materials Control, etc.).
