At Back Market, we aim to raise the standards of the refurbished industry and enhance customer trust in the circular economy. The Seller Quality team works across supply, LAB, operations, logistics, and business intelligence to maintain these standards, analyze data, benchmark best practices, and communicate internally and externally.

As an Operations Manager Apprentice, you will support the quality team in enforcing quality standards, monitoring and improving metrics and processes, and helping our sellers deliver excellent customer experiences through various projects.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

1. Run quality processes to monitor and enforce standards
2. Analyze after-sales service tickets related to hardware issues and identify corrective actions
3. Design tools and processes to support merchants in quality improvement
4. Identify and implement actions for account managers to enhance merchant quality
5. Create resources to deploy these actions and promote adoption

You’re At The Right Place If:

1. You seek a 12-month apprenticeship (Master’s Degree)
2. You are data-driven, capable of analysis and insights using Excel/Google Sheets
3. English proficiency is essential; additional languages are a bonus
4. You have some understanding of Embedded systems, Consumer Electronics, and Circular Economy
5. You possess strong project management skills, can coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
6. You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude

About The Apprenticeship:

• Start date: January 2025
• Duration: 12 months, part-time (aligned with school)
• Location: Bordeaux, France
• Must be enrolled in an apprenticeship program
