Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on the expertise of our internal teams.

You will be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to maintain lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients without this resource gain access.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, ensuring presentations are tailored to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least a first significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. More important than experience alone is your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
