Job Description:

Position Overview: Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the commercial development, management, and operational oversight of your agency, which functions as a profit center. You will recruit, motivate, and lead your team towards success. The agency is located in Périgueux.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a profit center, including budget preparation, monitoring, and control, as well as administrative management of the agency.
2. Drive commercial growth and profitability targets.
3. Oversee HR management, internal communication, and information dissemination.
4. Optimize organizational structure and quality systems, aligning with corporate objectives and challenges.
5. Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and group policies.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a BAC+2 to BAC+5 qualification and at least 5 years of experience as an agency manager and profit center manager. A strong professional network will be advantageous for expanding the agency's client portfolio.
