Property Manager - M/F

The position:

Within the Grand Est Territorial Directorate of ICF HABITAT LA SABLIERE, and reporting to the site manager, you are the privileged contact for tenants in Epinay-sur-Seine, ensuring daily customer relations in the field with the aim of quality of service in conjunction with customer managers.

You will:

1. Be a good communicator, informing tenants about their accounts, rights, obligations, and planned work in their residence.
2. Manage customer complaints independently using internal software, from entry to resolution, in compliance with company procedures and processing times.
3. Carry out inventories, work orders, and monitor technical and safety equipment (e.g., elevator inspections) in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Participate in marketing efforts by conducting property viewings, providing information about amenities, neighborhood infrastructure, and local services, and organizing advisory visits and renovations.
5. Collect rent and perform procedures with tenants to prevent disputes over non-payment.
6. Monitor and oversee maintenance contracts and work orders, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining tenant quality of life through close relationships.
7. Use a touchscreen tablet and mobile phone to stay responsive.
8. Represent ICF Habitat professionally, conveying a positive image.

Profile:

• Hold a CAP building caretaker qualification.
• Possess a good level of written and spoken French; proficiency with IT tools is essential; knowledge of IKOS is a plus.
• Be rigorous and organized in scheduling appointments.
• Be a good communicator, adaptable to various audiences, with strong listening skills, discretion, and a genuine customer service orientation.
