Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated Junior Revenue Operations Specialist to support our sales and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel & Alliances, while managing the deal desk. This role offers a great opportunity to learn, grow, and impact a fast-growing profession. You will report to the Revenue Operations Director.

Contract & Location:
  • Permanent full-time contract
  • Paris Office
  • Remote work policy (up to 3 days/week)
Responsibilities:
  1. First-Level Support: Provide prompt support for Salesforce and revenue tools queries and issues.
  2. Deal Desk Management: Manage deal approvals and support quoting processes.
  3. Salesforce Administration: Maintain and update Salesforce data and system integrity.
  4. User Training: Conduct training sessions to improve Salesforce skills.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Create reports and provide insights into performance metrics.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in Salesforce processes.
  7. Documentation: Keep documentation updated for processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in RevOps and Salesforce, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and French.
