A leading company in collaborative learning is seeking a Technical Lead to guide software engineers, enhance product features, and drive technical innovations. This role involves mentoring, performance assessments, and maintaining a high-quality codebase while supporting the squad's goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack programming experience and a strong product-oriented mindset.
Our R&D team gathers 60+ engineers divided into 10+ product squads. Each squad includes developers, product managers and designers. They are paramount to 360Learning’s response to our increasingly demanding customers and are strategic players for the growth of the company.Today, we are creating a new role within the department Technical Lead. The scope includes existing responsibilities, as well as new opportunities : - be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (you can then redirect to another member of the squad)- bethe coach for the other developers of the squad (do Performance reviews and Career Path assessments)- participate in monthly meetings altogether with CPTO and Engineering Director to celebrate successes and discuss technical or organizational challenges- keep coding, up to 80% of your timeThis role reports into the Deputy Engineering Director.
