Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience, dont 5 ans en milieu offshore dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier.
• Diplôme minimum requis : diplôme technique de trois ans.

Responsabilités

• Responsable de la logistique et de l'organisation à bord du JUB.
• Surveiller les mouvements de personnel et de matériel vers/depuis le JUB.

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for an:

Accommodation Jack Up Barge Operations Coordinator

He is the authority on board JUB for any organizational and logistic aspect. In the perimeter of the JUB, he is accountable for:

1. Reporting any event on JUB to HSE SA
2. Facilitating day to day activity of JUB users in human, welfare and material logistics aspects
3. Ensuring proper record of visitors and what Company/department they belong to, and give this input to IOP
4. Monitoring personnel movement from/to the JUB, whether by helicopter, boat, personnel basket or gangway
5. The movement of material from/to JUB, belonging to the different services accommodated on the JUB (assisted by the JUB Contractor master and his crew)
6. Safety on board the JUB, by ensuring and enforcing, in cooperation with the JUB captain, respect of HSE principles/management
7. Verifying the application of the terms of the contract with Contractor (safety management, catering, maintenance, audits, etc.)
8. Ensuring compliance of the marine requirement, in cooperation with the JUB captain (Contractor)

Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum of Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
