Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to grow Coincall’s user base by acquiring market takers – active traders, crypto funds, proprietary trading firms, and algorithmic/HFT players.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and growing relationships with high-volume trading clients who benefit from fast execution, deep liquidity, and robust trading APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Acquire Market Takers:

Target and onboard active traders, prop trading firms, quant funds, and institutional clients with high trading velocity.

  • Build Strategic Relationships:

Develop strong partnerships by understanding the trading needs of clients and offering tailored solutions (e.g., API support, fee structures, liquidity incentives).

  • Promote Trading Solutions:

Drive adoption of Coincall’s trading products – particularly options and perpetuals – through consultative selling and education.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into our roadmap and improve client satisfaction.

  • Monitor KPIs & Report Performance:

Track engagement, volume contribution, and retention metrics to inform strategy and report on progress to leadership.

  • Attend Industry Events & Network:

Represent Coincall at key industry events, conferences, and in relevant trading communities.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in business development, institutional sales, or client acquisition in crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
  • Strong network among market takers in crypto, including active traders, trading firms, and liquidity providers.
  • Familiarity with crypto derivatives products (especially options and perpetuals).
  • Strong understanding of trading APIs, latency, and liquidity considerations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive deals end-to-end.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in a crypto exchange, brokerage, or trading firm.
