Realize tasks to ensure the respect of the Stryker’s Objectives

Ensure that manufactured products are conform to the quality, delay and quantity requirements and share his knowledge with other,

Monitor the machine tool according to the global or Stryker procedures for CN Worker

Verify the Machining or Finishing operations to ensure the respect of the specified tolerances

Identify the dysfunction of the equipment and process

Be the point of contact for Machining or Finishing process in case of technical question linked to the product

Assume the responsibilities of the internal projects into the team.

Primary Responsibilities –

The position requires knowledge acquired through a long experience and professional or academic training. It is managed by procedures and tasks clearly defined, as well as specific guidelines to facilitate decision-making. It requires a perfect knowledge of the procedures and routines applied in the relevant field. The candidate will be assigned for performing highly technical tasks independently and by assuming the responsibilities. The assigned tasks are defined within a very wide range of work routines.

• Ability to understand and respect all policies and procedures, including quality, and to work completely independently by applying process specifications
• Perform independently predefined specific tasks
• Support new product development and support operations (e.g., Advanced Operations / Manufacturing Engineering)
• Participate in team to continuous improvement initiatives by exposing issues, collecting data for frequency tables and suggesting improvements
• Participate in lean improvement initiatives
• Identify, implement and track improvements until they are fully implemented
• For machining, set up the machine tool, monitor the machines, perform the different control operations
• For finishing, perform different finishing and / or control operations
• Work according to assigned training profile
• Set Up and operate basic equipment. Use appropriate equipment. Prepare workstation for specific requests
• Complete the related documents (MES, EAM, etc.)
• Ensure quality of parts
• Participate in team continuous improvement initiatives by outlining issues and suggesting improvements
• Responsible for equipment and cleanliness (TPM)
• Provide basic training to other employees up to their own level
• Approve the result of the process (inspection during the process, products completed)
• Identify and report failures, may need to independently correct according to authorized process specifications
• Maintain relationships within Production team
• Replace other positions for specific tasks (20% max.)
